Spicy Mango Salsa

What to eat for dinner? Grill or bake chicken or fish, and level it up with this spicy mango salsa recipe. This simple clean eat comes together with a nice blend of sweet and spicy flavors. It is delicious with tacos of any kind or grilled Atlantic cod. Leftovers make a tasty lunch over a sweet potato or even traditional tortilla chips.

Meal Planning Tip ~ Bake up a bunch of sweet potatoes, wrap them individually in foil and freeze them. Just like that you have a fabulous lunch or side dish!

Spicy Mango Salsa Recipe



2 medium mangos, peeled and chopped small 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped small ½ medium red onion, diced small ½ medium jalapeño, finely minced 3 T. fresh cilantro, finely chopped

2 T. fresh lime juice Sea salt and fresh-cracked pepper, to taste


1. Combine mango, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and fresh lime juice in a medium glass or other non-reactive bowl. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste, and stir to combine. 2. Serve immediately or cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
